Michael draws from nearly a decade of industry experience. Prior to joining The Carucci Group, he served as a communications consultant, advising a vast group of top-tier developers and brokerages on luxury residential property coming to market or for sale. Michael has years of experience in developing and executing result-driven communications plans for some of Boston, New York and Miami’s most celebrated properties. From 600-unit condominiums and $50 million penthouses to multi-million square-foot commercial facilities and boutique hotels, Michael is well-versed in all facets of the real estate industry, which continues to serve as a unique advantage to his clients giving them a competitive edge when buying or selling property.
A Native New Englander, Michael grew up in Maine and graduated from the University of Rhode Island. He began his real estate career in New York City, but his love for New England brought him back; he currently resides in Cambridge. When he’s not exploring new development sites and obsessing over floorplans for his clients and personal enjoyment, Michael can typically be found playing sports or running along the Charles River, hunting down the latest food trucks and spending time with his friends and family.
Connie is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Industrial Relations and Political Science. She has been an active member of the Boston community and a licensed real estate agent for over 20 years. As a former international flight attendant and resident of Belgium, she is familiar with diverse cultures and the complexities of relocation. Connie enjoys community driven philanthropy and has worked with many local non-profits to increase fundraising and business development – The MSPCA, Courageous Sailing Center, Boston Park Rangers Mounted Unit, Nantucket Music Festival, Blue Hill Observatory and the Mayor’s ParkArts committee are a few of her favorites. Connie enjoys planning and attending community events and sailing the Cape and Islands, especially Newport, Chatham and Nantucket.
Bob brings over 20 years sales & business development experience in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors having worked for and with executive clientele in the sports, entertainment, hospitality, financial, medical, charitable, and technology industries. Among them the Atlanta Olympic Committee, Boston Red Sox, Aramark, House of Blues, Live Nation, Room To Grow, and Boston Centers for Youth & Families. Throughout his professional life, Bob has successfully endeavored to create unique partnerships between his clientele and many charitable causes. For many years, he has provided advocacy to burgeoning & established causes in Massachusetts promoting awareness, fundraising, and establishing philanthropic partnerships with businesses. Bobs passion for charity, knowledge of Boston culture, and considerable professional experience fit perfectly with his new role.
